A custom Model Context Protocol server — Anthropic's open protocol for connecting LLMs to external tools, data sources, and services. Extends AI agents with custom tooling and real-world API access.

ML-powered agricultural disease-management platform. Custom ML models for disease prediction, IoT sensor pipelines processing millions of data points, and a mobile-facing interface. UN SDG–aligned. Still operating today.

International web studio across Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Russia. Production web apps on Elixir/Phoenix, VueJS, and PostgreSQL, plus indoor and outdoor IoT installations (Z-Wave, ZigBee, enOcean, LoRaWAN).

A week-long sprint for a Tesla rental company: soldered a Tesla key to a Raspberry Pi Zero hidden in the dashboard, with a mobile app over Bluetooth, WiFi, or 3G. Keyless rental, even with zero connectivity.

Eliminated a major bottleneck in a property-management team's development cycle: cut CI build time from over two hours to seven minutes and turned a two-hour manual deploy into a one-click operation.

Safety-critical field tool for Swiss railway workers — orientation, object interaction, and work documentation on live rail infrastructure. Built and led the Java backend with full regulatory compliance.
